Delegate Boggs moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 352 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §11-24-43a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the elimination of corporation net income tax proceeds to railways; and specifying that dedication of corporation net income tax proceeds to railways expires and is void on and after January 1, 2016”
